Hair Requirements

Hair isn't included for this service.

I use Afro Kinky Bulk Human Hair for this style. Mini Braids uses less hair than Mini Twists so I recommend 2-3 packs and the minimum length is 16"(slightly shorter). Please text me your hair length/density so I can help you determine how much you need. 😊

Length & Size

Pricing is based on your selected length and size.

The time listed for the standard service is an accurate estimate, but appointment times may vary by approximately 30 minutes depending on your natural hair length, thickness, and selected style.

The listed service time is based on standard size and standard length.

Please allow approximately 45 additional minutes for each size or length add-on.

For example, selecting both a smaller-size add-on and a longer-length add-on may add approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to your appointment.

I am an individual stylist, not a multi-stylist shop, so your appointment is completed by me from start to finish. My focus is quality and precision so your style is installed properly and made to last.

Booking & Service Changes

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance because preparation is required for each service.

Any changes to your booked service must also be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

I am unable to switch services the day before or on the day of your appointment.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable for client cancellations, late changes, or appointments that cannot be completed because service requirements were not followed.

Your deposit reserves both your appointment time and the preparation required for your service.

Appointments are performed in my private residence/home studio.

Your full appointment address and contact information will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Wash & Blow Dry / Salon Option

If you would like a Wash & Blow Dry, please add it at checkout.

Wash and blow dry services are completed at African Twin Hair Braiding And Beauty, 1429 Elizabeth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28204.

When the Wash & Blow Dry option is selected, your hair will be washed and blow dried at the salon, and your full braiding service will also be completed there.

Please add this option at checkout so the salon arrangements can be made in advance.

In-Home Appointments

Mobile/in-home appointments are available only to returning clients who have already completed an appointment with me.

First-time clients must complete their first service at my location.

Approved in-home appointments include an $80 travel fee.

Before Your Appointment

Please review your booking confirmation email before appointment day. Your appointment details, address, and contact information will be included there.

If you have questions about your color, length, size, or service selection, please contact me before appointment day whenever possible.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to book independently.

Appointments for clients under 18 are accepted only with prior approval. Please contact me before booking a service for a minor.
